After reports of Reddit and Indiankanoon.org being blocked, it appears that Telegram Web (web.telegram.com) has been blocked in multiple states on Jio and Hathway connections, as per user reports to MediaNama. Neither service provider has specified a reasons for the block yet, or cited an order from the Department of Telecom asking them to block it.
