iProspect India, the digital marketing arm of advertising firm Dentsu Aegis Network, has appointed Rubeena Singh as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will take charge in this December. Former CEO of iProspect India Vivek Bhargava will be promoted as CEO of DAN Performance Group. Bhargava will be heading all the digital performance agencies under Dentsu Aegis Media. He headed iProspect India as CEO since 1997. Under the new structural change, Rubeena Singh will report to Vivek Bhargava. Prior to iProspect India, Rubeena was the Chief Operating Officer, moneycontrol.com for over three years, wherein she took care of the company’s business strategy, marketing, sales, and operations. Apart from this, she worked with Network18 for 12 years holding various senior roles across its print and TV properties including Forbes India, CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNN News 18 and News18 India. Before joining Network 18, Rubeena spent four years at Star TV India, heading the Hindi news segment. iProspect India offers digital marketing and advertising services to brands and companies. These broadly include service like content generation, structured data & feeds, data & insights, social media management, lead generation & affiliate among others. The company currently claims to have over 160 clients including Myntra, Shopclues, Koovs, Raymond, Axis Bank, Bharti Axa, among others. Last January, parent company Dentsu Aegis Network India acquired WATConsult, a digital and social media agency for an undisclosed amount.
