DB Corp's digital arm I Media Corp Ltd (IMCL), which manages the group’s website and mobile properties has reported increased losses of Rs 9.59 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 (FY13), a significant 46.4% increase from Rs 6.55 crore loss in FY12. It reported a total income of Rs 12.2 crore for the fiscal, up 74.3% from Rs 7 crore revenues in FY12. This includes revenues from group portals dainikbhaskar.com, divyabhaskar.com, dailybhaskar.com, divyamarathi.com, e-papers of Dainik Bhaskar, Divya Bhaskar and Divya Marathi and mobile property 54567 which allows users to send messages consisting of images, audio, text and video. It also includes event management revenues, received by virtue of its merger with Synergy Media Entertainment Ltd (SMEL) in April 2012. IMCL’s operational revenue stood at Rs 11.96 crore for the fiscal, up 98.7% from Rs 6.03 crore revenues in FY12, while its revenue from other sources was Rs 0.25 crore, down from Rs 0.98 crore in the previous fiscal. IMCL Revenue Breakup: Advertising revenues were at Rs 10.33 crore for the fiscal, up 80.91% from Rs 5.71 crore in FY12. It accounted for 86% of IMCL's operational revenues in FY13. Portal revenues was at Rs 0.18 crore for the fiscal, down 10% from 0.2 crore in FY12 while the SMS revenues saw a massive decline to Rs 14,719 from Rs 0.11 crore in FY12. Event Management revenues was at Rs 1.45 crore for the fiscal.
