Mobile ad network InMobi has appointed Crid Yu as Vice President and Managing Director, North America. Yu was previously SVP, Strategic Partnerships at Demand Media, and has held senior leadership positions during his eight years at Google. Prior to his roles with Demand Media and Google, Yu led business development for Philips Semiconductors, and was a management consultant at McKinsey. Inmobi recently shut operations in Africa and Russia * DisneyUTV Digital has appointed Paul Wrider as Director for Game Design. Wrider has over 10 years in the gaming industry and before joining DisneyUTVDigital, was the Lead game designer at FunMobility, Inc. the social mobile entertainment company based in the United States of America. He has worked with gaming companies like Digital Chocolate, Storm8 and Zynga. Based out of Mumbai, he will be responsible for developing new IPs for DisneyUTVDigital. One of DisneyUTV Digital's Managing Directors, Samir Bangara, recently resigned; Vishal Gondal remains the other Managing Director at DisneyUTV Digital. * Digital advertising and video monetization player Vdopia has appointed Shivam Srivastava, as Director-Business Development - APAC operations.
