Net4 India Q3FY12: Net Profit Up 48% YoY; Revenues At Rs 126.92 Cr

Web domain and hosting service provider Net4 India has posted a Profit After Tax of Rs 9.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31st 2011, a 47.98% increase of compared to a profit of Rs 6.46 crore during the same quarter, last year. Profit Before Tax increased to Rs 14.16 crores for the quarter, up from Rs 9.72 crore reported during the corresponding quarter, last year. The company registered a net revenue of Rs 126.92 crore, a major increase of 48.37% compared to Q3FY11's revenues of Rs 85.54 crore. Net 4's Basic and Diluted EPS increased from Rs. 4.75 to Rs 4.77 per share quarter on quarter, on a consolidated basis. The company reported domestic sales of Rs 307.22 crore, during the quarter, and Overseas market sales of Rs 12.62 crore. The  company has re-appointed Jasjit Singh Sawhney and Amarjit Singh Sawhney as the Managing Director & Whole-time Director, respectively, for a period of three years while Kamlesh Gandhi comes on board as an additional director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
