Smart Cards Under The Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) A total of 3,445,762 smart cards have been issued this year alone in 21 states under The Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY). The Government of Rajasthan has discontinued the scheme and the remaining states except Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh are in the process of implementation of the scheme. Reliance Communications Under-Reported Rs. 1000-1500 Crores In Revenue After a special audit team gave the telco a clean chit, telecom minister A Raja continues to proclaim that Reliance Communications under-reported Rs. 1000 - 1500 crore in revenues during 2006-07 and 2007-08 and said the DoT is examining the case.
