TTSL Crosses 75M Connection Mark Tata Teleservices has reported a growth in connection base of over 100% in the last 12 months, to become the fasted in Indian telecom to cross 75 million connection mark, with 76,946,216 connections, as on 31 August 2010. It has taken the company 5.5 years to reach the milestone; in July, the company crossed BSNL to become the fourth largest telecom operator in India. TTSL was given 2G Spectrum in 2008, and partnered with NTT Docomo to launch innovative new plans, and a marketing blitz. The company has won 3G Spectrum in 9 circles.
