Can I still read MediaNama for free?
Some stories on MediaNama, including some guest content and some of our event coverage, will be free forever. Most of our stories are behind a paywall.

Do you have a free trial?
We don’t have a free trial.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds.

Can I share my account with my team or my friends?
MediaNama accounts are for individuals only. These are single user licenses. Sharing of accounts is not permitted. You may take a group subscription for your organisation/team.

Can I sign up for a single account for a particular group/role in my team?
MediaNama does not allow role based accounts. For example, you may not sign up with an account for a researchassociate@xyz.com or admin@xyz.com or info@xyz.com. Such accounts will be canceled, once spotted.

Can my team-member attend your briefing calls on my behalf?
Briefing calls are free only for MediaNama members, and you cannot delegate your participation. Your team-member may consider a one-month subscription to MediaNama to join the call.

Do you offer any discounts?
We believe that access to our reporting is reasonably priced. We do not offer any individual discounts.

Do you offer any discounts for students or government officials?
Not at the moment. We will have a plan for students.
