Ambani launches JioFiber, plans to cost Rs 700-10,000 per month

JioFiber will cost between Rs 700 to Rs 10,000 per month, internet speed starting from 100 Mbps and going up to 1 Gbps, and rolls out on September 5, announced Mukesh Ambani at Reliance’s 42nd annual general meeting. Jio now has 340 million subscribers, a little over the 331 subscribers in its annual report for 2018-19. 10 million subscribers have signed up every month, said Ambani. The default tariff for fixed line international calls will be 1/5th or 1/10th of industry tariffs.
