Mobile advertising platform InMobi has appointed Marc Steifman as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Marc will report to InMobi’s Founder and CEO, Naveen Tewari. He will be based out of the San Francisco office. Marc was previously working with an investment bank focused on growth companies. He served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Piper Jaffray’s Technology Investment Banking Group. His transaction experience includes advising on M&A, IPOs and raising private capital across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, the company said in a statement. Tewari said that his appointment comes at a time when Inmobi is looking at inorganic growth; and exploring newer dimensions of our business.
