Zomato has appointed Samir Kuckreja as president of Zomato Base, its point-of-sale software. Kuckreja’s LinkedIn profile shows that he started working at the company earlier this month. The Economic Times reported the development first. The report added that this was not Kuckreja’s first stint at Zomato and he worked in an advisory capacity while running his hospitality consulting venture Tasanaya Hospitality.
