Stayzilla hires Pankaj Gupta as Chief Product Officer Hotel booking site Stayzilla has appointed Pankaj Gupta as Chief Product officer and President of Technology. Gupta will relocate to Bangalore from San Francisco to join the company. Prior to Stayzilla, he co founded Specialized Types, a group to help startup founders in technical aspects. He also led the personalization and recommendations teams at Twitter for 2 years, before which he worked as a technical lead and software engineer at the same company. In 2008, he cofounded the Indian music search engine Phulki, which was acquired by Saavn. Jabong appoints Rahul Taneja as Chief Business Officer Jabong has hired Rahul Taneja as its Chief Business Officer (CBO), reports the Mint. Taneja will be responsible for category management, pricing, brand marketing and creative campaigns at Jabong, and will report to CEO & MD Sanjeev Mohanty. Taneja joins Jabong from Snapdeal, where he was the head of category management for a year. Prior to this, he was the business head of home lighting for Philips India for over 3 years, and the home segment marketing manager for 1.5 years.
