Google’s AMP service extended on news articles Google’s Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), which speeds up mobile web load time by integrating a piece of Google’s code into publishers’ websites has extended its AMP project to more devices and platforms, and on Google News, the company said in a blog post. Google will now extend AMP service in Google News across desktop, Android and iOS devices. When a user opens Google News through the Google app or desktop site, it will load up to 14 headlines in a carousel format; users can swipe to continue browsing through headlines.
