Viral Oza to quit Times of India as Marketing Director
Viral Oza, Marketing Director at Times of India, is stepping down, reports Exchange4media. He had joined Times of India in September 2015. Prior to that, Oza was Director, GTM at Microsoft UK. He has almost two decades of experience in various Telecom and Personal Care categories, in multiple countries. He has also been associated with Nokia and Hindustan Unilever for multiple positions.
Unilever’s Gulf chief Manish Tiwary joins Amazon India
Amazon India has appointed Manish Tiwary, as the Vice-President of category management, reports The Economic Times. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Unilever in the Gulf region. He had joined Hindustan Unilever in 1996 and worked across multiple roles till 2014, when he was appointed the head of Gulf region. Tiwary will replace Samir Kumar, who is moving back later this year to Amazon’s headquarters in Seattle and will be responsible for Amazon India’s expansion into new categories and exclusive partnerships.
InMobi’s Samuel John joins GreedyGame as Head of Operations
GreedyGame has appointed Samuel John as its Head of Operations. Previously, he was the Director of Operations at InMobi, and was associated with the company for nearly five years. He will be helping GreedyGame to scale up business by expanding its reach in the Middle East and the South East Asia region.
