Logistics startup Qikship has secured $200,000 in angel funding from undisclosed investors, reports NextBigWhat. The new funds will be used to upgrade its technology, expand operations to Gurgaon and Delhi, and to hire fresh talent. The platform allows users to ship goods across India, by picking it up from a location convenient to the customer. It also provides live tracking through its mobile app.

Healthcare app AddoDoc has raised Rs 2 crore in seed funding from 16 individual investors including Aniruddha Malpani, Daljit Singh, among others, reports NextBigWhat. The fresh capital will be used to upgrade technology, marketing operations, and to develop a customized healthcare section for kids. AddoDoc lets parents asks questions on child healthcare on its forum, which is answered by doctors.

Healthcare startup Touchkin has secured $400,000 in seed funding from a multiple investors including Alok Mittal, Amit Gupta, Anuj Srivastava, among others, reports Economic Times. The company’s app claims to use data from smartphone to identify potential changes in sleep patterns, communication changes, and alerts users of healthcare risks by applying machine learning.

Picsdream, an online portal for photography enthusiasts, has raised an undisclosed amount of angel funding led by Raman Roy and other investors including Ankit Nagori and Harish Natarajan. The company plans the use the new capital for marketing operations, and for product development. Picsdream’s online platform connects photographers—amateur, semi-professional and professionals—with buyers of photographs.

Fashion commerce portal Yufta has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Ajay Dat and from cluster of individual investors, reports TechCircle. The fresh capital will be used in upgrading technology, and to expand operations to Bangalore and Mumbai. As a part of the investment, Data will be joining the board of the company. Yufta lists fashion related products on its online platform by acquiring it from local vendors and shops.

The company claims to have partnered with Axis Bank, HDFC Bank to allows users to buy, sell and accept Bitcoins online.
