WiZN Systems raises angel investments

Bangalore-based WiZN Systems, which offers home automation solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount in angel investment led by Foxconn Technology Group, reports TechCircle. The round saw participation from a bunch of angel investors, including Kanwaljit Singh, founder of Fireside Ventures. The company was founded by Amit Premy in 2014. WiZN Systems’ flagship product named eGlu, allows users to control and monitor all the connected things at their home from anywhere using a smartphone.

FindUrClass raises angel funding

FindUrClass, a Mumbai-based extra-curricular class curation startup, has raised an undisclosed amount of angel funding from VentureNursery (Amit Patni, Anirudh Damani and Samir Shah) reports NextBigWhat. The startup was established in March 2015 by Rina Nathani. It claims to have over 20,000 classes listed on the platform, and aggregates trainers hyper locally to curate classes. The startup will use the funds to scale up and expand to other Tier 1 cities; after it recently opened operations in Bangalore and Pune.

JustDoc raises seed funding

JustDoc, a Bangalore-based healthcare startup that facilitates 24/7 video consultations with doctors, has raised seed funding from UAE-based early stage VC firm Idein Ventures, reports TechCircle. JustDoc was founded in August 2015 by Jugal Anchalia, Abhishek Kumar and Vikash Singh. The startup claims to have more than 100 doctors from Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Hospital and Manipal Hospitals on its panel.

Qriyo raises $160,000

Jodhpur-based Qriyo, an online portal that connects users with freelance fitness and learning instructors, has raised $160,000 in seed funding from UAE-based early stage VC firm Idein Ventures, reports Iamwire. Qriyo was founded in September 2015 by Mudit Jain and Rishabh Jain. The company will use the money raised to expand into Mumbai and Bangalore.

Zebi raises $1 million in seed funding

Zebi, a startup that tracks and cleans heterogeneous digital data through its analytics platform, has raised $1 million in seed funding from a cluster of unnamed San Francisco-based angel investors, reports TechCircle. The company was co-founded by 7 people including Babu Munagala and Sudheer Kuppam.
