Industry Moves: Housing, Hike, Lotame & LetsVenture

Housing appoints Nandini Mehta as general counsel Real estate portal Housing.com has appointed Nandini Mehta as General Counsel, where she’ll be responsible for defining the company’s legal framework. Mehta worked as a partner at J Sagar Associates for 2.5 years, a partner at Vidhii Partners for 2.5 years and as associate vice president of Legal at UTV Motion Pictures Mauritius for over 3 years. She has also worked as a consultant of the entertainment business at Reliance BIG Motion Pictures for less than a year, as the legal head of Percept Picture Company for over 2 years and as an associate at Naik, Naik & Co and Paras Kuhad & Co for 2 years. Earlier this month, the company appointed Mani Rangarajan as its chief financial officer. In his new role Rangarajan will be responsible for financial strategy and planning. Housing also appointed Keerthi Kiran as the vice president of its new real estate projects division. Kiran was with Housing for nearly 2 years before being promoted to this role. Note that in August, Housing laid off over 160 employees citing that it needed to focus on its core products. *** Hike appoints Gautam Vohra as general counsel and Hemant Goyal as VP of finance Instant messaging app Hike has appointed Gautam Vohra as general counsel and Hemant Goyal as VP of finance, reports ET.
