Info Edge posts Rs 82.18 crore net profit for Q4-FY15

Info Edge reported Rs 82.18 crore net profits for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, registering a 144.6% increase year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 33.6 crore and a 112.7% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from Rs 38.64 crore. The company reported total revenues of Rs 200.28 crore for the quarter, up 34% from Rs 149.39 crore in the same quarter last year and up 16.9% from Rs 171.30 crore in the previous quarter. The Info Edge group registered consolidated net profits of Rs 24.06 crore for FY15, down 73.2% from Rs 89.7 crore revenues for FY14. Total consolidated revenues stood at Rs 827.37 crore for FY15, up 34% from Rs 617.41 crore revenues for FY14. Note that the consolidated results include the following subsidiaries: Naukri Internet Services Ltd., Jeevansathi Internet Services Pvt Ltd., Allcheckdeals India Pvt. Ltd., Applect Learning Systems Pvt Ltd., Zomato Media Pvt Ltd., Make Sense Technologies Ltd, Interactive Visual Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Startup Investments (Holding) Ltd. It also includes the following associate companies: Etechaces Marketing & Consulting Pvt. Ltd, Kinobeo Software private Limited , Happily Unmarried Marketing Pvt.
