Jabong appoints Sachin Sinha as its CTO Rocket Internet-backed e-commerce player Jabong has appointed Sachin Sinha as its chief technology officer, reports TechCircle. In his new role, Sinha will be heading Jabong's new technology initiatives and will be based out of Bangalore. Sinha will replace former CTO Harsh Kundra, who had left the company in January this year to join Tolexo Online Pvt Ltd, the company that owns and operates Tolexo.com, an e-commerce marketplace for business goods and supplies, as its co-founder and head of product & technology. Sinha comes with 16 years of experience in software design, development and project leadership. Sinha was also the founder of Sachin IQLECT which aimed to provide products and solutions in the Big Data space. Prior to this he was the engineering head at Amazon for the e-commerce sponsored links platform. In addition, he also helped develop an e-commerce portal for the US real estate market and sold it to a bank in the US. Timesaverz appoints Prashant Kirtane as technology advisor Home services marketplace Timesaverz has hired Prahsant Kirtane, co-founder and CTO of Travelmob.com, as a technology advisor. Prashant will be associated with Timesaverz in an advisory capacity and work with the leadership team to lay down its mobile-first marketplace product & technology strategy. Prashant comes with over 16 years of experience with global technology companies such as Yahoo and Tata Infotech and has been an active angel investor.
