Ogaan Publications, which publishes magazines Elle and Elle Decor in India, announced a major restructuring in the company. The company will now be known as Ogaan Media with its publishing arm Ogaan Publishing handling Elle India and Elle Decor. Ogaan Publishing will also provide digital, and on-ground activities under Ogaan Cube and Ogaan Connect. New company, new titles and roles As part of the restructuring, Kavita Bhartia will now be Chairperson, and Archana Pillai, currently Group Publisher & CEO, will become Vice Chairperson, focusing on strategic planning and long term corporate goals. Gaurav Mashruwala will take over the company as CEO, Ogaan Media, moving from his existing role as Publisher, Elle. Takesh Mathur will take overall charge of F&A as CFO Ogaan Media. Sonia Bajaj will be promoted from Publisher, Elle Decor to Publishing Director, Elle & Elle Decor and will be in charge of advertising revenues across Ogaan Media titles. Priyadarshini Kohli will be promoted to Group Advertising Director and will be in charge of Sales across Ogaan Media. Pramiti Madhavji, Editor in Chief, Elle Decor will add the cap of Content Chief – Décor & Lifestyle to her existing role, and oversee the content services of the bespoke divisions for the Décor and Lifestyle categories. Aishwarya Subramanyam, Editor Elle will take additional charge as Content Chief – Fashion & Beauty along with her current responsibilities, and oversee the content services of the bespoke division for the Fashion and Beauty space.
