Barkha Dutt steps down as NDTV group editor to set up multimedia firm NDTV's group editor Barkha Dutt is stepping down from her role at the company and is setting up her own multi media company and public policy group, reports FirstPost. Dutt will move on to a role of a consulting editor at NDTV and will continue hosting her shows, The Buck Stops Here on weeknights and We The People on weekends, NDTV Group co-founder and chairperson Prannoy Roy said in an internal email. Dutt is the latest editor to set up her own venture in news, following long-time Indian Express editor Shekhar Gupta who is setting up his venture Mediascape.
