Amazon India and Microsoft launch online branded store

Amazon India & Microsoft have launched an online branded store. This store will feature the full range of Microsoft products, including the Lumia and Nokia mobile devices, Windows phones and tablets, Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles, games and accessories, software and other accessories. The online store will also feature a number of exclusive offers on Amazon and for starters, Microsoft is currently running an offer for  the Xbox One Assassin's Creed Kinect Bundle which has three free games including  Assassin’s Creed Unity, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag and Dance Central Spotlight. They're also throwing in an additional wireless controller free. For you FIFA fans, there's another bundle on the Xbox One with a limited period discount of Rs. 5,000, and an additional Wireless Controller free. It's interesting to note that Amazon had an exclusive tie-up to sell the Xbox One when it was launched in India and it seems to be building on that. With the branded store India the company has also brought the Xbox One Media Remote officially to India, priced at Rs. 1,899. The product will be in stock on December 18. Readers will also note that Indiatimes had set up an exclusive brand store for Nokia phones too in 2012. The site is still up and running but it seems that consumers will be able to get better deals on Lumia products on the Amazon store.
