Industry Moves: Quick Heal, IndiaCast and Robosoft

Amit Satish Tyagi joins Quick Heal as head of marketing IT security solutions company, Quick Heal has appointed Amit Satish Tyagi as its head of marketing, reports afaqs. In his new role, Tyagi will be responsible for customer retention and acquisition, and design as well as execution of global marketing strategies and plans. He will also lead the company’s media relation team, BTL marketing team, global PR team, ATL marketing team and its online marketing team, along with Quick Heal’s international online content management, design and web development teams. Prior to his current position, Tyagi was the CEO and founder of the boutique digital marketing and business solution agency, Cantaloupe Business Solutions. He has also worked at Intel Corporation as its marketing head for APAC region and has over 19 years of experience in online marketing, sales, multi sales channel integration and business development. IndiaCast hires Rahul Mishra as associate director of marketing IndiaCast, the distributor of Viacom18’s channels and TV18 internationally, hired Rahul Mishra as the associate director of marketing, reports Indian Television. At his new position, Mishra will be responsible for handling trade marketing for international channels like Colors, News18 and Rishtey as well as trade marketing for domestic channels and consumers. Previously, Mishra worked at BBC World News for eight years as the marketing manager of Asia Pacific, before which he was the manager for north at WorldSpace India.
