Praveen Kumar KJ joins OnMobile Global as new CFO Mobile VAS company OnMobile Global Ltd appointed Praveen Kumar KJ as its new chief financial officer (CFO), reports Techcircle. Kumar will replace Rajesh Kunnath who had resigned earlier in February, as the company’s fourth CFO the in the past three years. As a Chartered Accountant, Kumar has been working with the company since 2006, was part of the team that worked towards an IPO and held the post of vice-president of finance till the promotion. He has also worked with HP, GE Capital, MetLife India and A.F.Ferguson in different positions. OnMobile had seen a couple of high profile resignations last month, as Barry B White resigned as OnMobile Global director with effect from August 14th while HH Haight resigned as OnMobile Global chairman and board director effective from August 20th. The company had also begun laying off employees in Bangalore in a bid to become profitable by the end of this financial year. Hari Krishnan appointed MD of ZenithOptimedia India Hari Krishnan has been appointed by ZenithOptimedia Group as the Managing director of ZenithOptimedia India, reports afaqs.com. Based in Gurgaon, he will be responsible for all of ZO’s operations across India. Krishnan previously worked at Cheil as COO and was a part of its expansion from 135 to 480 people.
