Pepperfry partners with Evok Furniture and home products store Pepperfry has announced a partnership with Hindware Home Retail Private Limited (HHRPL), reports IndianTelevision.com. HHRPL operates under the brand name Evok, and currently has 19 retail outlets in major cities in India. As per the terms of the agreement, Pepperfry will now showcase the entire line of furniture from Evok. The website, which currently claims to list more than 11000 furniture designs, showcases products from more than 70 furniture brands, including Nilkamal, Mudra, Spacewood, Durian, @Home and HomeTown among others. Uber comes to four new cities Online cab service Uber has launched in four new cities in India, namely Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Kolkata. The ridesharing service is now available in a total of 10 cities in India, making India its largest market outside the US. As a promotion of the launch, the service is currently offering 3 free rides worth Rs 200 each for new users signing up with the promo code ‘UBERLOVESINDIA’. Uber had initially launched its services in India with Bangalore, which it then extended to include Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai. It currently competes with Olacabs, TaxiForSure and Meru among others. Amazon announces multi-brand gift cards store Amazon.in has announced the launch of a Gift Cards Store, which the company claims lists more gift cards from more than 70 brands.
