TO THE NEW Group’s digital marketing agency Ignitee Digital has launched a new integrated social CRM offering called Social IQ, which claims to allow brand acquire, grow and retain customers through social media channels. TO THE NEW mentions that it will be rolling out this product across APAC markets through Ignitee Digital in India and another group company Techsailor in Singapore.

Social IQ currently offers social customer support and social media marketing solutions for various use cases like strategy, content, social engagement, response management, analytics and insights. These include building and executing social strategies and campaigns; creating, optimizing & managing content for social platforms; and providing social analytics tool and persona analysis among others.

It also offers a SaaS-based social listening, monitoring and analytics platform along with a social customer support platform called as Social Command Center.

TO THE NEW is a social and mobile digital services provider, which offers a range of services across marketing, content, technology and analytics. It includes digital brands like Ignitee Digital, IntelliGrape Software, Tangerine Digital, Techsailor and ThoughtBuzz.

TO THE NEW’s clientele include media & entertainment companies like CNN, CNBC, Sony Pictures, Star India, Hindustan Times, Times Internet and Viacom18 among others, telcos like Airtel, Singtel and Orange and companies like Getit, OnMobile, Maruti Suzuki, AirAsia and Toyota among others.

Earlier this year, TO THE NEW’s social analytics arm ThoughtBuzz had tied-up with Network18’s IBNLive to launch a real-time social tracker called ‘Social Tracker 2014‘.

Last May, Publicis Groupe’s strategic communications and engagement network MSLGROUP had also extended its global digital and social media offering Social Hive to India.
