Kushal Sanghvi to set up advertising agency for Reliance ADAG

kushal_sanghviKushal Sanghvi, who was the founder and CEO of Span Digital, will be setting up a 360 degree marketing and advertising agency for Reliance ADAG in Mumbai, reports Afaqs. He joined Reliance as Marketing Head in January this year after quitting Span and the new agency will offer services in data, direct, media, search, social, wireless, mobile, content and syndication.

It’s worth noting that Sanghvi had an earlier stint with Reliance ADAG; he was its Head-Business Intelligence from 2006-2008 where he was in charge of expanding and operating the company into the media and entertainment space. He also created strategies for revenue generation and various business plans for the group in the digital space.

He has been in the industry for 18 years and was working with Spiider Digital Hub in May 2011, before starting Span Digital. Sanghvi has previously worked with the mobile technology and marketing firm StratosHear Technologies, as executive director, business development, media and alliances. He was managing director at Media Contacts, the global interactive media network of Havas Digital, for two years and also took up the role of head-business development at Ad Labs from 2006-08.

Prior to that, Singhvi was VP business development at Harvest Media – FremantleMedia, and has worked at Cricketnext.com, Times Group, and Indian Express Group. Sanghvi was also one of the founding members of Rediff.com and left the company in 2003.
