Changes at the top at Komli Media: the company has restructured its business teams appointing Gulshan Verma, former Managing Director for Komli Media's India and North America business as the new Chief Revenue Officer responsible for all of Komli’s business. Prior to his stint with Komli, Verma has worked with Yahoo and Ernst & Young. Akshay Garg, co-founder of Komli Media and Managing Director for Southeast Asia (SEA), will be heading Strategy and Business Operations of Komli, globally. Verma and Garg will be reporting to Prashant Mehta , CEO, Komli Media. Mathew Ward has been promoted to Managing Director, Komli Media SEA. Prior to this, Ward was the CEO of Admax Network which was taken over by Komli Media. He will be responsible for Komli Media's Social and Video solutions across all their markets. Pritesh Patel has been promoted to Managing Director, Komli Media India & Middle East. Prior to this promotion, Patel was Sr. Director & General Manager at Komli Media. He has previously worked with Yahoo and BCCL. Matt Sutton has been promoted to Managing Director, Komli Engage(International) and Komli Play. Varsha Brajesh is being promoted to Director, Data & Analytics. All of them will join Amit Bhartiya, Komli Mobile Vice President and Managing Director and Andrew Reid, Komli Media Australia and New Zealand Managing Director in the CRO Organization.
