One97 Appoints Milind Pathak As Global Head Of New Business

Mobile Internet company, One97, has appointed Milind Pathak as its Global Head of New Business. According to the company, the appointment is inline with the company's intent for creating demand for its products in overseas markets.Pathak has 18 years of experience, having worked with companies like Comviva Technologies, Buongiorno and Mitsui. Most recently, he served as Vice President–Asia Market Unit at Comviva. Prior to joining Comviva, Pathak headed Buongiorno Hong Kong as its Co-CEO and Country Manager, and was resoponsible for setting up the company's India operations. The move comes close on the heels of Tech Mahindra acquiring a 51% stake on a fully diluted basis in Comviva. One97 offers mobile focused services to consumers using feature phones and smart phones.
