IRCTC Reports 13.88M Transactions For June 2012

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), which manages the online rail ticketing for the Indian Railways, reported around 13.88 million transactions for the month of June , of which almost 74.64% were successful. SBI Debit Cards reported the highest number of transactions at 1.72 million.

Payment Gateway Specific Information:

SBI Debit Card: Accounted for 12.44% of total transactions, and 11.11% of total successful transactions

ICICI Payment Gateway: Accounted for 7.09% of total transactions, and 7.28% of total successful transactions

Citibank: 5.96% of total transactions, 4.77% of total successful transactions, and a 59.78% success rate

HDFC: 6.09% of total transactions, 5.97% of total successful transactions, and a 73.21% success rate

Itz Cash Card: 3.74% of total transactions, 4.09% of total successful transactions, and a 81.63% success rate.
I Cash Card: 1.47% of total transactions, 1.74% of total successful transactions, and a 88.37% success rate.
Oxicash: 0.04% of total transactions, 0.04% of total successful transactions, and a 64.16% success rate.
