Komli Media has announced the appointment of two executives: Anjali Shrivastava as VP & Global Head of Human Resources (HR), and Rajesh Ghonasgi as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Previously, Ghonasgi served as CFO of Persistent Systems and led the company through an IPO. Before that, he served as CFO at Hexaware Technologies, and also held leading positions at Wipro.

Prior to joining Komli Media, Shrivastava was the country talent head at Ogilvy & Mather. Earlier, Shrivastava helped build teams at two global brands – Dominos and McDonalds.

Founded in 2006, Komli Media is a media technology company with solutions across display, mobile, video, social, search and data for advertisers, agencies, and publishers. Headquartered in Mumbai, Komli Media has over 400 employees across 18 offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Hong Kong, North America and United Kingdom.  Komli has raised capital from venture capital investors including Norwest Venture Partners, Nexus Ventures, Helion Ventures, and Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

Mobile messaging and advertising company Affle and Japanese mobile advertising firm D2 Communications, which formed a mobile marketing joint venture in the Indian market called ad2c, has appointed Harish Nair as Chief Strategy Officer and Pradeep AJ as Business Director, reports exchange4media.

Prior to joining ad2c, Harish Nair served at Mindshare as Partner-Invention. At ad2c, he will be responsible for helping brands improve the quality of their conversations with their audience with a focus on mobile.

Previously, Pradeep AJ has worked at Jobstreet.com and Dice.com, managing sales and marketing for their India operations, and at Mindshare where he managed the Digital Media practice for brands from various sectors including beverages, fashion and IT. At ad2c, he will be responsible for the company’s digital business in South India.

ad2c was established as a result of collaboration between D2 Communications Inc, Japan and Affle Group of Companies, Singapore. It provides mobile marketing engagement solutions to brand owners and marketers across Asia. In March 2012, ad2c acquired Mobimasta, a Gurgaon based specialist mobile marketing agency. Headquartered in Singapore, ad2c has offices in Delhi, Mumbai and is planning to  launch offices in Bangalore, and Indonesia.
