Online matrimonial portal MyShaadi.in has raised an undisclosed amount in its first round of funding from the Indian Angel Network (IAN), reports IndiaDigitalReview. Among the investors include Google India MD Rajan Anandan, Sunil Kalra, Ashim Mehra and Rehan Yar Khan. The company intends to use the funds raised to improve the company’s suite of services and strengthen its operations. The funding amount was not disclosed. Launched in February 2011, MyShaadi.in provides a host of marriage related services like providing ethnic website templates, personalized wedding photo albums, E-Invitation cards, and wedding planner services, through three different packages - Silver (Free), Gold (Rs 1000) and Platinum (Rs 2000). It also offers a Titanium package which provides a theme-based custom designed wedding website with colors, and templates of user's choice.
