BigFlix, the Reliance ADA Group owned video content service provider has partnered with Unisys Infosolutions, a VAS and enterprise messaging solutions provider for online streaming of over 200 full-length feature films and music videos, reports TechCircle. Unisys will provide a catalogue comprising of old and new bollywood movies such as All The Best, London Dreams, Blue, Action Replay, Knock Out, Rann, LSD, Dhund, Waqt and The Burning Train among others. In addition to this, the deal also allows BigFlix to offer regional content from Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu,Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada and Marathi movies and over 5,000 music videos in more than 15 languages, including Hindi. Last year, Unisys Infosolutions a VAS provider has acquired the distribution rights for streaming over 200 full length movies on video hosting sites such as YouTube Box Office and Yahoo Movieplex. BigFlix had officially launched its DRM protected subscription based online Movie on Demand service-BigFlixPlus, last month. The service offers an all-you-can-eat film subscription at Rs 249 per month, with seamless experience across all devices and platforms including through its website and native applications for iOS and Android phones and tablets, and connected TVs. It had earlier tied up with UTV Motion Pictures following which more than 45 UTV movie titles were made available to BigFlix plus subscribers across devices such as desktop, Tablets, smartphones and connected TVs. Some of the movies include Jodhaa Akbar, Wake Up Sid, Raajneeti, I Hate Luv Storys, No One Killed Jessica, Dev D and Udaan among others.
