AdoTube, an in-stream video advertising technology company owned by Exponential Interactive, announced the opening of five new offices in London, Toronto, Mumbai, Singapore, and Dubai. According to the company, it now covers North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa regions. The company also announced the launch of its new website with a new layout and logo.
Vijay Kundari, Director of Sales, and Pooja Gupta, Senior Business Manager, will cover the Asia-Pacific operations from AdoTube’s Mumbai and Singapore offices. Kundari joins AdoTube from Web18, and Gupta previously worked with Tribal Fusion.
AdoTube owns VidLogic, a video campaign management platform for executing in-video ads in addition to providing optimization, ad- metrics, campaign management and brand studies. Apart from regular pre-roll ads, AdoTube offers a Polite pre- roll which allows the users to view the ads later when a reminder appears within the video. Other ad formats include Ad Selector, inside-out roll, branded overlay, in-stream skin and Sniper. It also offers AdoTube Insights, an analytics platform for ad campaigns.
The company has struck video partnerships with Kaltura, FlowPlayer, Hiro and LongTail among others while it has partnered Adap.TV, FreeWheel and LiveRail for its ad management platform.
It competes with companies like Jivox and Vdopia. Last year, Jivox had opened its interactive video platform for licensing, allowing digital content publishers and owners in the Asia Pacific region to make use of Jivox’s video advertising platform to monetize their video content.
