Over a period of two years, the number of VoIP connections in Delhi have gone down by 25.12% while revenue per paid customer has declined by 42.06%. What is interesting to note that in the month of September 2009, the number of connections came down to 2,469 while the the average revenue per paying customer went up to Rs 433.20 - perhaps there was an increase in rates from the company, or low paying customers were weeded out? As on February 2011, the number of connections was 2500, while the revenue per paying customer was Rs 204.
