One97 Launches Online Recharge For DTH On PayTM

Mobile VAS company One97 Communications* has launched DTH recharge on its online payments platform PayTM.com. The service now offers online recharge facility for all major direct to home television services, including Tata Sky, Dish TV, Airtel Digital TV, Sun Direct, Reliance Digital TV and Videocon D2H, with no extra charges. It also offers rewards in the form of discount coupons worth Rs 2000, from naaptol, fersnpetals, goibibo, Seventymm,FirstCry and Craftsvilla, with every recharge.

The service already offers recharges for various mobile operators including Vodafone, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Aircel, BSNL and others. It also offers a 24×7 customer support and a mobile web site.

PayTM also plans to launch prepaid recharges through native mobile applications for smartphones including BlackBerry, iPhone, Nokia and Android devices.
