BSNL Exits Zamtel Bid Indian PSU BSNL has quit the race to buy a majority stake in Zambia's fixed-line phone operator Zamtel. Only three operators Angola's Unitel, Libya's LAP Green Networks and Russia 's Altimo remain in the bid to acquire 75 percent stake in the telecom operator.
