Government Launches Website On Tiger Conservation National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) and TARFFIC have launched a website on tiger conservation Tigernet.nic.in. The website will provide tiger reserve and wildlife officials easy access to important information about tiger deaths, poaching and seizures. (Read more at tech2.com) Russian Government Delays $677 Million For MTS After crossing several hurdles including getting permissions from the Department of Telecom, FIPB and the Home Ministry, now it is the Russian Government that has delayed the $677 million investment for Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL). SSTL has rolled out in India under the brand name MTS. FIPB cleared the investment in December for the Russian Government to pick up 19.8 percent in SSTL through the Russian Federal Agency. That will be an addition of 17,500 towers to GTL taking its total number of telecom towers to 32,000.
