CBI May Question BSNL After the raid on DoT by Central Bureau of Investigation over the grant of 2G licenses to new operators on a first come first serve basis without competitive bidding, now the bureau may question BSNL management on their entering into a roaming agrement with Etisalat DB India (previously called Swan Telecom). The agreement had surged Swan's value to $2 billion at the time of offloading its stake to Etisalat.
