NDTV has decided that Vikram Chandra will hold additional charge as CEO of NDTV Convergence, reports ContentSutra, citing an internal company memo. Chandra had been holding fort after previous Convergence CEO Sanjay Trehan stepped down, and while the company was talking to other candidates. More importantly perhaps, Suparna Sen has been named deputy CEO and Managing Editor; Chandra has multiple important roles within NDTV as CEO of Convergence parent NDTV Networks as well as a key news anchor and TV Show host. NDTV Convergence reported a turnover of Rs. 107 million for FY08, and a loss of Rs. 91 million. * Chandamama CEO L Subramanyan has put in his papers, reports Bollywood Hungama. Prashant Mulekar, Executive Director - Geodesic, will be taking over as Editor and Publisher of Chandamama, a Geodesic owned company. Subramanyan, former CEO of Jasubhai Digital Media, had joined Chandamama in 2007. He is considering an entrepreneurial venture in the digital and mobile space.
