While the amount of funding has not been disclosed, we were wondering about how this impacts ad network Komli, which operates in India. Goel told us that this round of funding has been raised separately by Pubmatic, and the company was hived off from Komli in the second half of last year. Remember that when Komli had raised its first round in Jan 2008, there was some confusion about whether Komli and Pubmatic were the same company.
