Food-tech startup Box8 raised Rs 7 crores in venture debt funding from Trifecta Capital, reports Economic Times. The company prepares its own food and delivers meals to customers. It had raised Rs 50 crores in series B round from IIFL Seed Ventures Fund and Mayfield in October last year. The company will use the fresh capital to expand into newer cities.
Online hotel rooms aggregator Travelspice raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from Eagle10 Ventures according to VCCircle. The company provides discounts on hotel booking in 3-star and 5-star hotel. It offers services in 212 cities in India and six cities outside the country.
Zipgrid, a real estate startup that provides services like finance, compliance, billing and maintenance, etc. has raised $500,000 in a pre-Series A round of funding. The funds were raised from property consultancy firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and 1Crowdwhich is an earlier investor in the company, as reported by Inc42. The company will use the funds to launch collective commerce solutions for residential communities as well as individuals.

Mortgage lender Ummeed Housing Finance Ltd raised Rs 26 crore from Lok Capital Growth Fund and Duane Park. The company plans to start offering services in new locations focusing on North and Central India.
Fashion portal Yepme raised an undisclosed amount from Gokaldas Exports Ltd. The startup will use the funds raised to launch its ethnic wear range and also expand operations of its UK-based entity Yepme Uk Plc as indicated by Inc42.
Fin-tech company Telr raised $3 million in Series B funding from Innovations East. The company has operations in the Middle East, South East Asia and India. The company plans to roll out new payment methods and scale up operations in India.
Ezcred raised Rs 6.5 crore in a seed round of funding from various investors including Dheeraj Pandey, CEO Nutanix; Rajesh Yohannan, former managing director at Citibank; and Akash Garg, director of engineering at Uber according to EtTech. Ezcred is a consumer lending platform that was launched in February this year.
Fynd, an online fashion marketplace, raised $500,000 in follow-on Series A funding from Rocketship. In March this year, the company had raised $500,000 in Series A round from Venture Catalyst.

RealPro Realty Solutions Pvt. Ltd raised $7 million from Brand Capital and some high-net-worth individuals. The company plans to use the capital raised to open more offices, expand the team and set up more India desks in US, Singapore, and Canada as reported by Dealstreetasia. The company is the Indian arm of luxury real estate advisory services provider Sotheby’s International Realty.
