GrabOnRent raises funding from IvyCamp and Unicorn India Ventures

GrabOnRent, an on-demand product rental marketplace has raised an undisclosed round of funding from IvyCamp platform and Unicorn India Ventures. The company connects rental product suppliers with consumers, facilitating product discovery, quality assurance, payments and logistics support. Products available for rent are from categories like furniture, appliances, cameras, adventure gear and even helps event planners by providing event supplies on rent. The funding is primarily for customer and vendor acquisition along with further product development.

OneWay.Cab raises $450k funding from Indian Angel Network

OneWay.Cab, an Ahmedabad-based taxi service provider for inter-city travel, has raised around $450,000 (around Rs. 3 crore) in its seed funding round from Indian Angel Network (IAN), reports YourStory. The round was led by IAN’s Ajay Gupta who will also be joining the company’s board. The company will use the funds to expand its operations, upgrade its technology and increase hiring on senior level.

Staqu raises funding from Indian Angel Network

Staqu Technologies, a Gurgaon-based artificial intelligence (AI) startup which provides automation for ecommerce firms, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from the Indian Angel Network (IAN), reports VCCircle. The funding round was led by Bikky Khosla, Neeraj Singal and Ajay Gupta from IAN. The company will use the funds to build its technology and strengthen its team. Khosla will also join the company’s board.

FarEye raises $3.5M funding from SAIF Partners

FarEye, a Delhi-based logistics management company, has raised $3.5 million in Series A round of funding from SAIF Partners, reports YourStory. The company will use the funds for business expansion in other territories. FarEye had previously raised funds from the Indian Angel Network.
