As the CMO, Sethi will be in charge of brand building, customer acquisition and building a marketing team. Sethi worked as the global CMO and APAC CEO of Zafin Vancouver for a short while, before which she worked as the chief commercial officer at AirAsia for about a year. Sethi has also worked at BlackBerry in various managerial and director positions for about 4 years, before which she worked as the India marketing manager at Airtel for over 4 years. The company has also appointed Suraj Panigrahy as VP of sales and merchant acquisition and Wishy Arora as the VP of products. In July, Paytm invested $50 million along with investors SAIF Partners and Tiger Global Management for establishing the online to offline app-only marketplace Little. The company was started by Manish Chopra and Satish Mani. The company claims to have already enrolled over 8,000 merchants offering 27,000 deals in 11 cities.
