Funding roundup: Hugefly, Brigge, Loancircle & more

Hugefly raises angel funding  Hugefly, a startup which deals with proprietary search, personalisation and recommendation for ecommerce companies, has raised an undisclosed amount of angel funding from Mayank Singhal, Mohit Gulati and Raj Iyer. The company, which was started by Dhruv Chaudhari and Amit Chaudhari in January, will use the funding for hiring, technology and operations. Hugefly offers ecommerce companies a platform to reduce search time, offer search results and create targeted customised recommendations on a real time basis. It also offers image search integration, autocomplete, spell check and analytics. **** Brigge raises seed funding from The Chennai Angels Brigge, a social network for activities, has raised an undisclosed seed funding from The Chennai Angels, reports VCCircle. Brigge lets users network on the basis of activities and claims to have organised neighbourhood runs, meetings on terrace gardenings and joined cycling and photography expeditions among other activities. It was started by Prasanna Jagannathan, Sampath Jagannathan and Murali Satagopan earlier this year. **** Infoworks raises $5 million from multiple investors Infoworks, a big data management startup, has raised $5 million in Series A funding from Nexus Venture Partners, Knoll Ventures and other undisclosed investors, reports VCCircle. It will use the funds for management hiring. Naren Gupta of Nexus Venture Partners has joined the Infoworks board.
