Telecom data analytic firm Zeotap has hired Neeraj Singh to lead its advertising business. Singh has previously served as VP and GM Global Online and Inside Business for InMobi where he ran P&L for one of the company’s units from June 2013 to August 2015. Prior to InMobi, Singh was GM Global Segment at Dell from November 2006 to June 2013 having graduated from being its Director Sales, Global Segment, Head- commercial channel operations and regional sales manager. Singh has 18 years of industry experience from Hewlett-Packard, Whirlpool, Asian Paints and GlaxoSmithKline before that.
Snapdeal appoints Harish Sivaramakrishanan as VP, Design
E-commerce major Snapdeal appointed Harish Sivaramakrishnan as its Vice President for Design. Harish’s new role includes spearheading the design team and building design studios in Delhi and Bangalore. Harish also served as the head of design and UI engineering at Freecharge since 2013. Previously, he served as the user experience architect at Myntra after spending a decade in Adobe in various roles in engineering, product and design capacities. Harish started his career with a startup called Ascendum Solutions as a JS engineer. Additionally, Harish is also a part of a rock band called ‘Aggam’.
ShopClues appoints Arun Goel as VP of Products
E-tailer ShopClues has appointed Arun Goel as its Vice President for products. Arun’s focus in the new role would be on developing scale-able, robust, intuitive and easy-to-use products. Previously, Arun has served as VP Engineering for Moody’s Corporation from February 2014 to July 2015, Tech Lead at Barclay’s Capital from June 2009 to February 2014, Managing Partner with Growwealth Capital from February 2009 to August 2012 and as Senior Consultant with Lehman Brothers (2007-2008), Citigroup (April 2005- May 2007) and Siemens Corporate Research (January 2001 to March 2003). In June 2003, Arun founded Aroma Communications and headed it till September 2008.
