Online auto classifieds service and vehicle accessories store Vicky.in has introduced a DIY tool for car and bike maintenance/troubleshooting. Vicky.in claims that this car and bike tool is useful for users looking to replace spare parts in their vehicles. It is meant to be a guide for buying parts and accessories like tyres, headlights, fog lamps, synthetic/mineral engine oils, batteries etc. What the tool does: The DIY tool was introduced to serve as an information booklet for car and bike spare parts, reducing the need for a customer to take their vehicles to the respective showrooms for parts replacement. The tool will also act as an identification point for compatible specifications, spare part upgrades before buying them to save buyers last-minute cost surprises. On testing the tool for popular makes of bike and car spare parts and accessories, we found that the tool is not yet fully functional. It did not return any information for well known makes of bikes and cars such as the Honda Activa, Bajaj Discover and Skoda Laura.
