One can search for a product and browse through a list of vendors in their surroundings along with their offer price. The site currently allows users to sort these results based on location, distance, user ratings and price. One can then click on the 'Buy Now' button on their preferred product listing, provide the delivery address, enter the code sent by JustDial to their mobile phone and make the payment. It currently offers payment options like credit and debit cards, netbanking, and cash on delivery, although at the time of writing this article, we were able to access only cash on delivery payment option to make a purchase. JustDial informed that it will also shortly add a 'Trust Factors' tab to these listings which will provide ratings from one's friends, overall ratings of the vendor and a JD verified stamp to help users make the purchase decision. Besides this, the site has also introduced new services like flower delivery, doctor appointment, laundry pickup, grocery shopping and pharmacy supplies among others. While the flower delivery has been provided a separate section on the site, all the other services has been integrated to the respective vendor listings on the site which appears when users searches for a specific category.
