Times Business Solutions property listing portal MagicBricks has launched a new deals section to offer property deals to their consumers. The company claims to currently offer more than 400 property deals covering rental and sale across various builders and brokers in the country. This includes a mixture of exclusive and non-exclusive deals like flat discounts, cash discounts, free interiors, complimentary car parking space, discounted brokerage and No EMI till possession among others. When we checked, we noticed that the site has categorized deals based on various cities and whether it is a property sale listing or rental listing. After choosing the city and listing type, the site automatically redirects users to property deal listings page of the respective city section. One can browse through new projects listings which lists out the respective offer and property information like property type, bedroom, area and price or switch to resale properties listings which provides information on the property type and the ability to contact the agent directly.
