The company claims to currently offer more than 400 property deals covering rental and sale across various builders and brokers in the country. This includes a mixture of exclusive and non-exclusive deals like flat discounts, cash discounts, free interiors, complimentary car parking space, discounted brokerage and No EMI till possession among others.
When we checked, we noticed that the site has categorized deals based on various cities and whether it is a property sale listing or rental listing. On entering the site, it asks users to choose a city and listing type of their preference through a popup. One can however later switch between different cities from the navigation menu or switch the listing type at the top.
More Granular Control? We feel that the site could also probably offer more granular control in these cities. For instance, it could allow users to choose any specific place within a city. It could also probably allow users to further filter these listings based on the builder of their preference.
After choosing the city and listing type, the site automatically redirects users to property deal listings page of the respective city section. One can browse through new projects listings which lists out the respective offer and property information like property type, bedroom, area and price or switch to resale properties listings which provides information on the property type and the ability to contact the agent directly.
Monetization: We noticed that the site homepage currently seems to offer two types of premium listings – Gold and Platinum listings. These listings are also expectedly featured at the top of the respective city section. However, there is currently no information on how does a builder apply for these premium listings.
Other Players: Real estate group buying portal Groffr also offers real estate deals across new and resale properties in 18 Indian cities. Other players in this space include Info Edge’s 99Acres, IndiaProperty which recently demerged as a separate entity from its parent company Consim Info, Accel and Tiger Global backed CommonFloor.com, Nexus Venture Partners backed Housing.co.in and TTK Group’s Home Shikari among others.
