Exclusive: Rocket Internet backed Jabong.com, a fashion and lifestyle eCommerce portal, has launched its international store at Jabongworld.com.The store offers products with currencies such as Canadian dollar, USD, Euros, UAE Dirhams, and Sri Lankan rupee. The store claims that it delivers to all countries in the world. According to its Facebook page, the store appears to have been live since August 2012. We contacted Jabong MD Manu Jain twice, but he declined to comment on Jabongworld. We've emailed some questions to Jabong PR, and will update in case they respond. The domain name Jabongworld.com is registered by Jabong, as per a Whois lookup. The store offers ethnic wear such as sarees, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtis, shoes, bags, jewellery, among others. It also offers seasonal and bulk discounts for international customers including businesses in B2B & B2C segments. Customers can make a payment via PayPal account, Credit/Debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Dinner Club, JCB & American Express. As for shipping, Jabongworld.com has tied up air courier service like Fedex / Aramex /DHL. The shipping charges depends on the weight of the order. The store offers users to select the country they want to ship the order to, and offer subsequent shipping charges. Rocket Internet backed Jabong.com was launched in India in January 2012.
